  • AirComm provides service to or from any airport and downtown location on a flat rate basis, however if outside a downtown radius, a two-hour minimum booking period will be calculated from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until the time it returns. Parking, tolls, taxes and wait time are additional.

  • All Airport pick-ups are reserved as baggage meets (providing it is permitted within state regulations). Some airports require an additional charge for baggage meets. As a baggage meet, you will be met in the baggage claim area where you will be assisted with your luggage and escorted to your vehicle. If a will-call is requested, upon arrival simply proceed to the baggage claim area; claim your baggage and then dial 1-800-AIRCOMM and the customer service representative will coordinate your curbside pick-up.

  • Airport reservations can be made with as little as a 2-hour notice.

  • AirComm will impose a 20% gratuity on all reservations. If the driver does not warrant a gratuity, please contact AirComm’s office and a proper adjustment will be made.

  • All cancellations must be made prior to 2 hours before a scheduled pick-up.
